Abstract EN

The main aim of this study is to clarify the role of organizational innovation as an effective mechanism for finding solutions and alternatives to deal with the crises facing companie A sample of (70 individuals) was selected from the study population.

The study found the following results: There is a direct relationship between organizational innovation and increasing the effectiveness of the organization in dealing with crises, as theses crises can be caused by several reasons.

These include personal reasons, reasons related to the organization and other reasons that cannot be controlled by the organization.

Finding a solution to these issues is complicated due to the overlap of their causes.

The researchers recommended the need to pay attention to innovative staff and allow them to participate effectively in decision-making.

In addition, leaders and managers must create a favorable environment for organizational innovation and open the field for employees to express their views and suggestions.

Finally, leaders and managers need to take action that prevent crises and try to predict and identify the indicators of their occurrence .
