Abstract EN

The aim of this study was to find out the estimates of the students of the primary stage in Jordan for the life tasks in the subject of vocational education and the priorities of these tasks.

The study followed the descriptive approach.

The sample consisted of (1924) male and female students.

To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher prepared the tool of the study: the identification of the life tasks of students in the stage of basic education, which dealt with the proposed life tasks for students to determine the extent of exercise and priorities for their lives.

The study tool consisted of (38) paragraphs distributed in four areas.

The results of the study indicate that the priorities of the life tasks of the students in the primary stage of basic education in Jordan as determined by the students themselves came to the tool as a whole medium.

The results showed no statistically significant differences between the students' assessments of the tasks of life and their priority due to the gender variable.

In the light of the results, the researcher presented a set of recommendations.

The need to focus vocational education curricula on the priorities that came from the estimates of the members of the college study are medium as in the areas of economy and technology, and engineering skills, light maintenance, agriculture and the environment
