This study aimed at identifying the level of management creativity and its obstacles as perceived by the teachers of public schools at Al-Ramtha.
The sample of the study consisted of (227) male and female teachers for the academic year 2016/2017.
The instrument of the study consisted of (56) items.
The results of the study showed that the level of management creativity as perceived by teachers of public schools at Al-Ramtha was (medium).
The results also showed the existence of statistically significant differences between the two arithmetic means of the estimates of the study subjects on the items of management creativity level as perceived by the teachers of public schools at Al-Ramtha as a whole and for each of its domains, that could be attributed to the variable of sex in favor of females, and the existence of a statistically significant difference in favor of teachers with the qualification of (higher studies), compared with the teachers with the qualification of (diploma), while there was no significant differences between the teachers with the qualification of (bachelor) compared with the teachers qualification of (diploma, higher studies).
Finally, the results of the study showed the existence of statistically significant differences between teachers that could be attributed to the number of the years of experience in favor of the experience of (5-less than ten years, and ten years and more).
The most prominent obstacles of management creativity, as perceived by the subjects, was the strict compliance with result and regulations.
The researcher recommended further authorities for principals and teachers and their involvement in taking management decision.
