Clients in higher positions are considered a high-risk category by virtue of the position and authority granted to them, as well as their ability to access public funds.

Therefore, business relationships with them may represent a risk to the financial institutions.

Thus, this article discusses the problem of potential risks from activities carried out by those clients and the role of financial institutions in confronting them.

In order to address this problem, the article suggests a set of measures that may contribute to mitigate the level of risk associated with these clients.
