Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the teachers estimates about the obstacles to the application of transparency and accountability by kindergarten leaders, and ways to reduce them the application of transparency and accountability.

The researcher used the descriptive analytical method and developed a survey composed of (87) points, the study sample consisted of (260) Kindergarten teachers from public and private kindergartens in Makkah.

Results of the study showed that the application of transparency and accountability came medium, and the Results of the study showed that Differences were found in favor of public kindergartens., and the results showed that the obstacles to the application of transparency and accountability came medium, and the Results of the study showed that ways to reduce them the application of transparency and accountability came highly.
