Islam considers human issues as an inter connected network, Including the relationship between man his god, man and himself, Man and other human and all life forms.

Given that human is the higher purpose in Islamic presets.

We note that Holy Quran verses and prophet Mohammed talks affirm this trend.

Imam Ali (pbuh) emphasize this approach and urges its application life directly and influence its areas, dimensions and development, since it means 0rganization and Systemic planning, so the access to Imam Alis (pbuh) view on the Subject remains of considerable interest because the Islamic Societies cant plan intellectual system for the development of the human personality and Society development without reference to Islamic thought scholars including Imam Ali (pbuh).

the researchers on Imam Ali biography and his word and deeds will realize that human Construct which is the cornerstone of society was apriority.

He intended human resources development to build an integrated Society thus ensure benefit and well being for all the people.

There is no doubt that the literature and valuable books in the Islamic heritage are many and varied.

It includes teaching and invitations to build human personality and society development.

Imam Ali (pbuh) book (Nahjul – Balagha) considers one of the best books.

It is remarkable that, Muslims cared about western experiences and give up valuable literature and in this research we will focus directly on Imam Ali (pbuh) though to bulid human and community development in the right way.

Nahjul – Balagha is the main Source of this research which is a highlyReformative book and examples show Imam Ali (pbuh) thought and how to formulate a comprehensive scientific theory to build human personality and social development.

Along these lines, we adopt a historical approach based on reading of the texts and analyses it society (the first generation Muslims who were able to form humanist principles and values we desperately need in the present).
