The current research aims to identify: Impression management for high school principals.

(1) (2)The significance of the differences in impression management among secondary school principals according to the variables of gender (males, females) and specialization (scientific, human), and in order to achieve the research objectives, the researchers applied the scale on a sample consisting of (209) principals in secondary schools for the academic year (2019/2019).
