Abstract EN

The research aims to reveal the impact of the elements of the managers' challenges represented in (planning، organizing، competition and performance excellence) in labor relations in Baghdad، where the research sample was chosen to include (a number of Al-Nahrain University employees، and to achieve the research goals a questionnaire was developed and distributed to a sample of (95) Male and female individuals of various ages and educational qualifications، (90) a valid questionnaire was retrieved for analysis.

In order to process the data، a set of statistical methods was used، the most prominent of which ((Arithmetic mean، standard deviation، correlation coefficient (spearman) and regression coefficient)) with the help of the statistical program (spss).

As for the most prominent recommendations، it was necessary to strengthen the relationship between employees intellectually and socially to support the challenges of managers and develop the level of management of organizations through the establishment of training courses to improve work performance.
