Abstract EN

With the passage of time, the need for creativity increases, as we live in a world in which growth continues and changes increase, which requires everyone to realize the requirements of development in the present and the future.

Since the elements of change are complex and intertwined, we must be well aware that it does not take place individually or partially, but rather must be launched in an integrated framework defined with scientific and methodological accuracy, and administrative creativity in organizations is a necessary and basic need imposed by economic and social changes.

Administrative creativity also plays an important role in the survival and development of organizations in light of global challenges, as it helps them face contemporary problems and future challenges.

Based on all of the above, the current study aims to try to investigate the essence of administrative creativity through theoretical perceptions and applied practices in contemporary organizations, and to try to uncover its role in the development and development of job performance in these organizations.
