The study aimed to identify the role of human capital in its various dimensions in achieving the creativity of the employees of the Unicap Foundation "Biskra" - where human capital is seen as a strategic resource that has a role in the creativity of workers, and to clarify the relationship between the research variables a questionnaire was used to collect data, and a program was used S tistical Service for Social Sciences (SPSS), and among the findings in the light of the study, that there is a role for human capital with its various dimensions in achieving the creativity of workers.
