هدفت الدراسة توظيف (نموذج راش) في بناء اختبار تحصيلي محكي المرجع في مقرر الرياضيات للموسم الدراسي (2019/2020)، و لتحقيق ذلك تم بناء اختبار تحصيلي في مادة الرياضيات، تكون بصورته الأولية من (20) فقرة من نوع الاختيار من أربعة بدائل.
و تم تطبيقه على عينة مؤلفة من(315) تلميذ و تلميذة و قد استخدمت البرمجيات الإحصائية التالية (Bilog-mg3، Spss26، jMetrik) للتحقق من مطابقة الاختبار التحصيلي لافتراضات أنموذج راش، حيث تم حذف (19) فردا، لعدم مطابقتهم افتراضات الأنموذج، و حذف 5 فقرات من فقرات الاختبار، و قد تم التحقق من صدق الاختبار وثباته و أشارت النتائج أن ثبات الأفراد الذين طبق عليهم الاختبار(0.

Abstract EN
This study aimed at using Rasch model in constructing a achievement test for the math.
in a School season 2019/2020.
To achieve this objective a (20) multiple choice item test were built of four alternative each was administered among a sample of (315) students.
The statistical software (Bilog-mg3, jMetrik, Spss26) were used to analyses the data.(19) students were excluded from the sample because they were found to be inconsistent with the model suppositions (5) items were excluded, the validity and reliability were ensured and showed that the participants reliability was Furthermore, test validity and reliability were ensured and showed that the participants reliability was (0.88) while test reliability was (0.69).
