Abstract EN

The study aimed to recognize the role of the industrial intelligence on developing governance in government institution, the ministry of communication and information technology was chosen on purpose to do the study and distribute the questionnaire .

The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach to achieve it .

The population of the study consisted of 198 employees of the ministry of communications and information technology .

The researcher used a random sample (40) employees who relate directly with the core of the study to recognize the role of the industrial intelligence on developing governance in government institutions, the tool used was the questionnaire to collect the data, 40 questionnaires were used among the sample, the completed were 36 (90%) Most important results: 1.

The existence of a statistically significant correlation between the governance systems in the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology.

The results did not show the relationship between neural networks, genetic algorithms, and intelligent agents and the development of governance in the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology.

Study recommendation : 1.

Revising governance systems and conceptions in the ministry of communications and information technology and its applications results annually, and make administrations practice in the ministry.

Accrediting governance principals and industrial intelligence applications in all administration papers.
