The research aimed at preparing an Instructional Program implemented on P2 Computer to know the effect of its using as a methodology in teaching Derivative Unit and to contrast it with the ordinary method, on the achievement to the 5th year female students and on their attitude toward mathematics A forty female students were chosen as a sample divided into two groups.
“A and B’\ Group “A” students were chosen arbitrary to tead in accordance with the Instructional Program, group “B” students tead in accordance with the ordinary method.
The researcher used the Visual BA$IC in preparing the Instructional Program on the “Derivative United”, which took many steps.
After that ٠ the program was ready to he implemented.
A (6) duestions were prepared as a best of achievement about the Derivative Unit in accordance with the behavior purposes of this unit.
The researcher used Shukry Sayed Ahmad’s (1988) scale which is of (15) articles to know the students attitude towards Mathematics.
It’s validity and reliability were checked.
Teaching in the two methods was started in accordance with previous plans from (March,10,2001) to (March,20,2001) in four lectures.
The test of achievement and the attitude scale were implemented at the end of the experiment.
Data were statistically analyzed and the research noticed the activity of the Instructional Program and its method of teaching which effected on the achievement of the students.
No statistically differences were attitude by the researcher between the two groups.
