Since its emergence, the Supreme Council of the Arabic Language has known many and varied achievements in serving the Arabic language and upgrading it to the international language refinery, which has become the language of science and civilization, and these achievements were represented in various scientific events organized by the Supreme Council of the Arabic Language.

Among the topics addressed by the Supreme Council for the Arabic Language is the phenomenon of linguistic overlap, which is among the most addressed by the Council due to its utmost importance in improving the actual performance of the Arabic language, because of the distortion and distortion of the Arabic language, as a result of the linguistic confusion that has been inflicted on classical Arabic, the language of the Holy Quran and national identity.

This linguistic confusion is linguistic overlap, multilingualism, mainly resulting from neglecting the actual use of Arabic and not giving it the role it deserves, and among the terms synonymous with linguistic overlap, multilingualism, bilingual linguistic diversity, bilingualism, multilingualism, or linguistic hybridization.

It is a confusion resulting from the employment of French and various local dialects in Algeria, and to address this topic we chose the title tagged: The efforts of the Supreme Council of the Arabic Language on the phenomenon of linguistic overlap, which is included in the fifth axis of the forum - Renaissance –
