Abstract EN

The current study aimed to know the social representations of educational trips among a sample of teachers of natural sciences in the middle stage, by revealing the structure of social representations produced by teachers of natural sciences in the middle stage about educational trips and how to organize them, as well as monitoring their views regarding the importance of educational trips.

In order to achieve these two goals, the study relied on the steps of the descriptive approach, and the application of the hierarchical evocationel technique on an intentional sample of professors whose size amounted to 29 professors.

The results of the study, according to the productive representations of the teachers, showed the positive impact of educational trips in supporting the educational learning process for students in addition to the effectiveness of their use during the teaching process they perform.

We also see that the views of natural science teachers in the intermediate stage regarding the educational importance of educational trips were positive.
