Abstract EN

This study aimed to verify scientifically and systematically the existence or ence of any effect on the measurement of intellectual capital in the decision-making process of Sonelgaz Biskra, and the extent of this effect, if any.

The population of the study consisted of 202 decision-makers from Sonelgaz Biskra, between high-ranking cadres and sublime technicians.

A questionnaire was administered to a random sample consisting of 61 individuals to test the hypotheses and extract the results final ones.

In this regard, the researcher adopted a "positive" epistemological position, following an exploratory approach to the theoretical aspect of the research, and an experimental approach in the field, using the deductive method.

The results revealed that the measurement of human capital has a medium effect in the decision-making process in the company Sonelgaz Biskra; hence, we reject the main hypothesis of this research.
