The school plays an important and prominent role in the formation of the future generation, saturated with its values, proud of its patriotism and its culture, and open to the world, because it is not only a space for teaching and indoctrination of science, but also a space to offer learners a balanced personality, skills and everything that helps them in life.

However, schools vary in fulfilling their function and role of instilling values, as the human capital factor makes a difference, and some theories point out that the gender of the teacher affects the acquisition of values by learners, in particular with the predominance of the female component in the teaching profession, and the peculiarities and multiple roles of women.

The study aims to determine the extent of the impact of the feminization of education on the school to continue in the exercise of the function of inculcating values, and this through a field study with a sample of teachers by following the case study method and the use of the interview technique.

The study found that the subjective factors of women and their multiple roles limit the performance of their function in the required manner, and that is why those in charge must reconsider this domination.
