This study examines the relationship between the real and the fictional in the narrative text.

It researches the intertextuality of history and narrative in the Palestinian author Sahar Khaliefeh's My First Love.This novel dealt with a critical period of the Palestinian people's history , which is the period of the Nakbeh .The study is divided into five axis: The Arabic novel and history - The importance of the novel My First LoveThe relationship between the historical and the narrative - Narration techniques: polyphony , cinematic montage - -The manifestation of history in My First Love through historical acts historical figures , chronology.
