Abstract EN

Constructing atool to identify the evaluation of the teachers who teach the subjects of Philoisophy and Psychology in the two skills of scientific demonstrution and class questions from the point of view of speclallwed supervisors.

Identifying the perforrnance of the teachers who teach the subjects of Philosophy and Psychology in the two skills of scientific demonstration and class questions from the point of view of specialized supervisors.

The research community is composed of the supervisors of Iraq (Basrah, Thi-Qar, Missan and Muthana) for the academic year 2019-2020.

Their total number is 98 and the research sample comprises 35.

The researcher used the observation card as a tool to achieve the objective of the research.

The study reached at the following resulte: The degree of the performance of the teachers of philosophy is wh ich is in reality greater than the mean of the observation card because the mean of sample is lower than the hypothesized mean.

There are no statistically significant differences according to the type because calculated (F value) equals (0.077) which is smaller than the tabulated (F value) (4.0) with a (34.1) degree of freedom.

The researcher suggested uconduction further studies to complete this study: Conducting a study of the difficulties that hinder the teachers as they try to use modern teaching methods.

Confirming the importance of the philosophy and psychology and general teaching methods that teachers with the necessary skills of teaching.
