to achieve that, a questionnaire was distributed in the Cement Corporation-Tebessa, Where the statistical package SPSS was used to process data and test hypotheses.

The current study concluded a set of results, The Cement Corporation is interested in the human element and investing in it, especially through training and education.

and it has a positive effect on improving the productivity of the organization.

Also, we recommend that the institution shall develop the skills and capabilities of its human capital by providing the appropriate climate, to improve their level of performance and increasing their productivity.
