Abstract EN

This research paper aims to highlight the role of the electronic management system in improving the functions of human resources management in the national education sector, as it is one of the most important strategic sectors employed by a large proportion of public sector employees in Algeria.

The results of this study showed through a field study of a sample consisting of 124 employees of the Directorate of Education in the state of Relizane from a community of 210 employees, using some statistical tools and using the statistical program SPSS.

22, by moving from managing its human resources according to the traditional management style and shifting to a management style by adopting smart and digital management, which contributed strongly to improving its management of its human resources in its various stages.
