Abstract EN

This study aims to identify the relationship of the effect of empowerment on knowledge sharing among the employees of the Algerian water corporation-unit of el-Oued, and it was relied on the descriptive analytical approach in order to achieve the objectives this study.

the study concluded that there is a positive correlation between empowerment in its dimensions in sharing knowledge among workers, as the strength of the positive correlational relationship for training was greater than participation in decision-making and work teams.
