The level of organizational constraints in the faculty of social and human sciences from teaching staff's viewpoint (university of Batna 01 Hadj Lakhdar)‎

The current study aims to know the level of organizational obstacles in the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Batna and to obtain the best results, this study focused on four axes: leadership style, communication and information style, centralization of decisions, and working conditions.

The phenomenon was described by selecting an occasional sample from a total of 203 professors, the results were as follows: the level of organizational obstacles in the leadership style axis is greater than the hypothesis average, the level of organizational obstacles in the communication and information style is greater than the hypothetical average, , The level of organizational obstacles in the axis of centrality of decisions is greater than the hypothetical average, the level of organizational obstacles in the axis of work conditions is less than the hypothetical average.
