Abstract EN
The African continent is one of the five continents that is characterized by several characteristics that reveal to us the manifestations of contrast and diversity and its distinctive geographical location, which has made it since ancient times the ambition of the traditional colonial powers, currently a group of major powers are competing over it to achieve their interests, and through which it aims to secure the future as a large reservoir.
The United States of America has been alone in this competition since the end of the cold war through an ambitious strategy and plans that guarantee it to protect its interests and secure its future to move its economy, exemplified by its desire to limit Chinese expansion, which has become the biggest problem and its biggest competitor in Africa, its quest to dominate the African continent and control the existing hydrocarbon, mineral and human resources, as it represents the future of the world, as the brown continent is one of the locations of the security force extending across the seas of the United States of America.
The increase in the pace of international competition and conflict around Africa increase its inability to progress towards development and development, which further exacerbates its political, economic, social problems, complicates and aggravates its future.
The African reality is still capable of accommodating, accepting multipolar and divergent competition in order to search for the best options that can be dealt with, which they may have stimulating privileges and appropriate offers to achieve the greatest degree of mutual benefit, on the basis that the policy of acquisition and displacement is not predominant so as not to produce negative effects that increase the widening of the problem gap in the future.
