This research deals with the aspects of intellectual creativity that the Swiss linguist scientist (Ferdinand de Saussure) has reached in the study of linguistics and its relationship to other sciences, He did not attribute linguistics to the natural or historical sciences, but to attribution to the science of signs or signs, which can analyze the language precisely and clearly.

The research was divided into an introduction, and two studies, where I mentioned in the introduction the importance of the research and its objectives and the reason for choosing the topic and the methodology of the study, then I talked in the first topic about linguistics, its fields and methods, Then definition linguistics and pointed to the presence of tongue fragments in our Arab heritage, then extracted its most important characteristics, and then I detailed the say in the second topic about the philosophy of dualistic linguistics at Ferdinand de Saussure, This affected the emergence of social linguistics and linguistic atlas, and concluded the research by mentioning the results and recommendations, and followed it firmly by sources and references.
