Abstract EN

This study dealt with Imam Al-Nawawi's actions on Al-Shirazi in his book Al-Majmoo 'Sharh Al-Muhadhdhab, and in the first topic it defined the concept of compulsion, and a brief summary of Al-Nawawi and Al-Shirazi, and the definition of my book Al-Muhthab and Al-Majmoo'.

Explaining the origins of the Shafi'i school of thought, and agreeing with the saying adopted in the Shafi’i school, and the study in the third study showed its conclusions regarding the removal of impurity, as this study reached a number of important conclusions which are: Weakening some hadiths that Shirazi inferred, correcting some others, and invoking unanimous In some jurisprudential issues, and working with accompaniment in some others, explaining the saying adopted in the Shafi’i school of thought, which must be done, and the interpretation of some phrases that may delude a meaning other than what is intended .In this study, the researcher followed the inductive, analytical and deductive approach to demonstrate these perceptions.
