Abstract EN

This study deals with the parliamentary question from the location of the parliament in Jordan, the reforms in the adequacy of the Jordanian legislative organization and its effect on the achievement of government reform, enabling the descriptive and analytical approach by describing and analyzing the provisions of the 1952 Jordanian Constitution and its tools and their impact on the mechanisms and rules of censorship on parliamentarians.

The results are that according to the text of Article (118 / a) of the bylaws of the House of Representatives, when the competent minister responds to the question submitted by the member of parliament and presents it to the MP, the liquid MP either declares that he is satisfied with the reply - where the discussion of the matter is closed, or that the member expresses his desire to speak.

The recommendations I wish to amend the previous text so that all deputies are included in the debate, since the deputy does not represent himself, but represents the people who elected him.
