The purpose of this study was to highlight the rule (things with its purposes), which is one of the important rules of the Islamic jurisprudence, by demonstrating its concept, rooting for it, and mentioning a number of the rules of jurisprudence that are relevant to the side of transactions, and the study has been exposed to the impact of this rule And its ramifications in legalizing the contracts in the Omani Civil transactions law, through a number of legal materials that are practical applications of this rule.
