The research aims to know:- 1- Organizational conflict among kindergarten directresses.

2- Organizational conflict among kindergarten directresses according to years of service.

3- The organizational conflict of kindergarten directresses according to the age variable.

4- The organizational conflict of kindergarten directresses according to the variable of specialization.

Research Methodology: The researcher followed the descriptive method.

The researcher has chosen two samples to achieve the objectives of her research: 1- Kindergarten directresses 2- The respondents on the measure are kindergarten teachers.
