Abstract EN
This study aims to address the concepts regarding organizational change, causes of resistance to change, and methods for universities administrators to overcome the resistance to change.
The study is directed by descriptive and analytical research design through which survey questionnaires were used.
The researcher utilized purposive sampling technique to obtain the sample.
Primarily, questionnaires were distributed to 60 respondents; all questionnaires were retrieved and analyzed.
Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) Version 21 was used to analyze the data.
Reliability and validity tests, one sample test, Pearson's correlation analysis, were carried out for analyzing collected data.
The results revealed that although there are causes of resistance to change, there are methods to deal with and overcome these problematic areas.
The study recommended that further research can be conducted to consider larger samples, scope and more variables as appropriate to arrive at more reflective results.
