Abstract EN

The current study aims to highlight the contribution of the social dashboard indicators in decision making process in sport institutions.

the researcher relied on the descriptive analytical approach and due to the limitation of our sample on the heads of departments and offices of both Medea and Ain Defla youth and sport directorates, the study sample consisted of 32 employee that have been chosen in a comprehensive survey method.

in order to collect data, we used a questionnaire tool, after combining and statistically processing the informations, several results were obtained, confirming the contribution of training indicators and the lack of decision making process.
