This study aims to clarify the complementary relationship between the strategy of human resources and the general strategy of the organization and the multiple aspects of this integration in light of the growing role that the latter plays in providing the creative and qualified human resource that provides the competitive advantage of the organization through exposure to the conceptual framework of each of the organization's strategy and strategy of human resources.

the study concluded that the complementary relationship between the two strategies includes all the strategic stages and every change that occurs to one of them affects the other and that integration is the main pillar for achieving the organization's strategic objectives and advancing its performance to excellence.
