The fundamentalist scholars have warned about the importance of many rhetorical investigative matters which the Qur'anic discourse reading is based on, and, for them, the topic of discourse and composition comes at the top of these investigations.

rather, it can be said that it is one of the most important studies / investigations to which many of the rules for judgment elucidation / extrapolation / deduction, due to its attachment to religious purposes and commissioned / mandatory acts.

this is what made the fundamentalist research a pioneer in paying attention to the functionality of this rhetorical study, on the one hand, and its pragmatics, on the other hand.

the purpose of dealing with this topic is to clarify the functionality of the topic of discourse and composition and its pragmatics within the fundamentalist scholars and the extent of their investment in it and their dependence on it in devising the Sharia provisions.
