Abstract EN

The research deals with the guiding strategy in the texts of teaching Arabic as a second language in its compulsory aspect in two ways: the imperative and the prohibition, based on (Kunooz educational series), a research corpus, by dividing it into two topics: The first topic: theoretical reference, and theoretical presentation of the most prominent issues related to the subject through tow requirements: 1- The first requirement is the concepts.

2- Second requirement: Steering strategy.

The second topic is the applied study: 1- The first requirement: is the description of the search corpus.

2- The second requirement: is the formulation of imperative in the educational texts of the series, and the researcher used the descriptive and analytical method.

the main results of the research are as follows: 1- The authors of the series were keen to stabilize the meaning and entrench it in the learners through the use of formulas binding to accept.

2- Most of the guidance formulas included the method of acknowledging the content that the addressee wishes to achieve in the recipient.

3- Most formulas worked to achieve impact on the recipient, and led to the implementation of the guiding contents.
