Abstract EN

This study aimed at identifying the training needs of secondary school principals from the point of view of the teachers of Ain al-Basha education directorate.to achieve the objective of the study, the researcher developed a questionnaire that included (31) paragraphs applied to a sample of (314) teachers of Ain al-Basha education directorate from the study population.

the study found that the level of training needs of secondary school principals was moderate, with a mean of (2.42) and a standard deviation (0.36).

results have shown no significant differences at (α = 0.05).

the arithmetic averages of the study sample estimates are attributed to the variables of the study.

the study included recommendations, including the construction of a training program for principals and principals of secondary schools in Ain al-Basha directorate to raise their scientific and practical level.

and the need to coordinate between the parties to the educational process to identify the training needs of all employees in the ministry of education in the Hashemite kingdom of Jordan.
