It is necessary to take into account the needs of students when designing and building educational content; An advanced student who does not speak Arabic, for example, has special needs that go beyond the desire to speak in Arabic to aspiration to understand the language of the Arab media because of its objective and linguistic peculiarities.

The analysis led us to present a description of a lesson in which technology and its applications were used to teach listening skill.
