Abstract EN

This field research aims to find out the orientations of young university graduates after the recovery of the national economy from the beginning of the new millennium.

Thousands of jobs are provided under the employment apparatus, whether they are devices managed by the ministry in charge of labor or devices managed by the Ministry of National Solidarity and family.

this field research has shown that the largest percentage of young university graduates tend to occupy positions provided by state-owned public institutions or to benefit from operating arrangements (ANSEJ) (ANGEM) and development programs, integration (CPE).

This shows the control of Algerian state institutions since independence in the labor market in Algeria, despite the fact that the state has encouraged the tendency towards Entrepreneurial work.

To get out of unemployment, and unprecedented reduced opportunities for organized work.
