This research addresses Al-Imam Elkia Herasi tracking Al-Imam Al-Jassas-may Allah have mercy on their soul-in their book "Ahkam Al Quran", in terms of the induction of these tracks, their analytical studies and expressing the preferred saying, as possible.

There are two previous translation briefs of these books, in addition to a short study about them.

Also, the researcher used the inductive analytical approach.

In conclusion, the researcher collected 15 tracks, where all of them were correct with Elkia Herasi, except for two.

The researcher recommends studying the tracking for kiya al-harasi on al-jassas other than interpreting the Qur’an, and its effect on his choices.
