The research was based on the extrapolation of prophetic conversations that demonstrated the observance of the principle of community in the construction of the nation and its regulations.

The effect of the observance of the community in the preservation and progress of the nation was that the three pillars of the country (the governor, the patroness and the Constitution) were based on the principle of community.

Research has also shown that there are important assets on which the principle of community is based in the construction of these three pillars, the most important of which are: It is based on the connection between the worldly and the other, and is characterized by persistence that preserves purposes and flexibility that makes it suitable for the diversity of means, times and places.

The researcher recommends that studies in major matters should be objective-inclusive, more detailed in differences, and realistic and field-based.
