Abstract EN

The purpose-oriented rule is a comprehensive, reformist ruling under which more than one issue falls in one jurisprudential chapter, so it is on the weight of the jurisprudential rule, in addition to being under a legal purpose.

The rules of the purposes are private, not general, and applied not theatrical ones.

This study was conducted to investigate the truth of these rules, their manifestations and their nomenclature in the fundamentalist literature, the expressions indicating to them, and the application of this theoretical study to the purpose of accommodating non- Muslims.

The study was a matter of developing secondary issues on purpose-oriented rules, and a matter of developing rules on general purposes, in which partial and total things were organized into a coherent jurisprudential circle, and a homogeneous purpose-oriented unit.

As well, the study contributes to the illustration of the truth of avoidance, and that it does not contradict with accommodation and cautiousness, and that moderation in work is the result of all texts on perfection.

The study concluded that the general jurisprudential rules with purpose-oriented are comparable in general and in particular to the general jurisprudential rules that are abstract from the purposeoriented meanings, and that the purpose-oriented rules were mentioned in the fundamentalist books in a variety of words; Including: fundamentals, the rules, and the controls.

The study recommended extrapolating the purpose-oriented rules in all jurisprudential chapters in a manner parallel to the jurisprudential rules.
