This research is a study and investigation of a treatise in Hanafi jurisprudence entitled (Nozhat Al-ain fi Zakat Almaadnin) by the Hanafi jurist the scholar Sheikh Hassan bin Ibrahim bin Hassan al-Jabarti al-Hanafi, who died in the year 1188 AH.

The topic of this title is the jurisprudential rulings related to the zakat of the gold and silver, which explained the amount that must be paid for both of them, and who is obligated to pay zakat, and the conditions of payment, and the specification of gold and silver in each of which zakat is due, and the zakat disbursements, and finally explained the weight and dirhams and the likes.
