Abstract EN

This study aimed to determine the level of both the learning motivation and aspiration level, examine the relationship between them, and detect statistically significant differences in them due to gender or grade.

The researcher used the descriptive method, developed the learning motivation scale, and used an aspiration level questionnaire (Salem, 2005).

The study sample consisted of (270) students.

Results showed high levels of learning motivation and aspiration among students.

No statistically significant differences in both learning motivation and aspiration levels due to gender or grade were detected among students.

Furthermore, a significant positive correlation between learning motivation and aspiration level was detected among those students.

On the basis of these results, some recommendations were set forward
