Abstract EN

This is a study on the sayings of Al-Bayhaqi to clarify the reasons for the refusal of Al-Bukhari and Muslim on some narrations.

The main objective was to highlight the opinion of Al-Hafiz Al-Bayhaqi on this subject by collecting his statements scattered in his books, in addition to discussing his words with an explanation, approval, or response.

The scholars mentioned two cases, when one of them is available, then the two sheikhs' abandonment of the narration can be considered as a deliberate reversal of their shortcomings in the condition of validity or their conditions in the book: If the hadith was a principle & If the narrators were on their terms.

ALBayhaqi thinks that the two sheikhs are rejecting for some reasons: disconnection, disagreement, the doubt, the unknown narrator, the narrator added a few words to the core of the speech, the narrator which was narrated only by one person, The narrator whose differed in his name.

As for the recommendations, one of the most important of them is: to take care of Al-Bayhaqi's works, due to his knowledge, ease of expression and explanation, for the making of critics, and also it is recommended to write new research papers on the causes of the two sheikhs' refusal of other scholars.
