it was an inadequate definition, from here it was necessary to extract the definition by relying on the use of the scholars of origins, and the research methodology was based on extrapolation to the work of the scholars of origins, then Analyzing their use.

The research concluded with a number of results, the most important of which are : that it can be defined as (Compulsory participation) as: the description recurs to nullification according to the doctrine of the inferred and the objected,and (Compulsory participation) denotes the existence of a common description between the inferred and the objector, which returns the nullification of their two doctrines, so the inferred and the objector meet in one obligation, and this is the sharing.
