The study recommended the need to provide a good technological infrastructure for educational institutions in Algeria in order to facilitate the process of communication and distance communication, as well as the success of the educational process, and the need to develop an integrated strategy in order to support the distance education process due to the positive effects, especially at the time of the spread of epidemics and diseases as a pandemic.
