Abstract EN

This study aims to identify the relationship between employees empowerment and team performance.

This was done through a field study on a sample of 50 employees working in the operational directorate of Algeria Telecom Corporation in the wilaya of Jijel.

The descriptive analytical method is adopted and a questionnaire is used as a tool for data collection.

The data is analyzed using the statistical package for social sciences program (spss).
