Perception of emotions is one of the important topics that overlap in the components of personality, smart people are the ones who have the ability to understand their reaction as well as the emotions of the people around them, and they use that understanding in directing those feelings to obtain consistent behavior and achieve success at work.
The research aimed at identifying the perception of emotions as well as administrative intelligence with their relationship omit.
It was determined by high school principals, omit to achieve the research objectives, it required building two tools to measure emotional perception and administrative intelligence.
The psychometric properties of the two instruments were extracted and the two scales were applied to the research sample of (200) managers (men and woman's) chosen randomly omit results came out with the presence of emotional awareness among managers, omit managerial intelligence and the relationship between them was a positive function conclusion recommendations and proposals were drawn up.
