This study examines The role of information technology in the performance improvement of the institutions from the employees perspective, by accentuate its relationship to the performance of employees in decision-making, archiving and files savings, human resources management, and marketing.

Refer to the concept of information technology, the performance, the most significant dexterity and the resources needed to operate this technology which enhance the performance of the institutions the study of the reality of health sector institutions was used as a model to clarify the above-mentioned elements
