The current research aimed to identify the effectiveness of the proposed unit in psychology on developing awareness of managing life crises among high secondary stage, where it can be said super students have many societal problems, which may require these students to study psychology Because of its special nature that helps to adapt and events, through strategies that suit the higher mental abilities of superior students, such as the strategy of mental challenge.

In light of this, a proposed unit was prepared in the subject of psychology based on the strategy of mental challenge, by preparing the general perception of the proposed unit through the student's book and the teacher's guide, the research tool was prepared, represented in the measure of awareness of life crises, and the research was applied to a sample of outstanding students at Jahan El-Sadat secondary school for Girls; the sample amounted to 30 students, and the experimental research method was used for one group for a quasi-experimental design with pre and post measurements, Where the research tool was applied before, then the experimental treatment was carried out, and then the post application, and the results of the research confirmed that the proposed unit in the psychology subject based on the mental challenge strategy was effective in developing awareness skills for managing life crises among high school students in the secondary stage.
