The aim of the research is to monitor the obstacles to developing the organizational climate in public secondary schools in the State of Kuwait and ways to confront them.

Obstacles to developing the organizational climate in public secondary education schools in the State of Kuwait, including: prompting the leaders of general secondary schools to constantly search for the best local and international educational quality standards and indicators and try to apply them in their educational and scientific programs and activities, for the principal to exchange visions and feedback with employees constantly, In proportion to the needs and values of the school, establishing an accounting system, in which the educational administration holds the school accountable for the decisions taken and the extent of seriousness in their application and implementation.

Obtaining it from this environment, whether material or human, on the other hand, gives the school administration the authority and freedom to implement legislation relating to the organization of work within the school as it sees fit.
